Use this bag for making beer with the Brew in a Bag (BIAB) technique. This bag is larger than our standard polyester bag and is designed to work with bigger (10gal batches) or bigger pots. BIAB makes the mashing of wort significantly easier. After mashing simply pull out the bag and you're ready to get on with the next step of brew day. Using the BIAB method can result in a loss of efficiency, an easy solution is to increase your grain bill by about 10% to compensate.
